About Head Start

In 1984, our rural southwest community opened the doors of Randolph County Board of Education Head Start to its first students. Our community has benefitted from the Head Start program for over 40 years and children continue to receive a valuable early childhood foundation and develop school readiness in our 5 center-based classrooms each year.
